THE KINGDOM OF GOD AND HOW TO ENTER
Good day, viewers and listeners, and welcome to today's edition of the Hard Truth of the Kingdom of God. The Heart Truth of the Gospel of the Kingdom of God. We are ambassadors of the Kingdom of God and we bring you good news of the Kingdom of God. In today's edition, our topic will be still on the Kingdom of God and how to enter it. We have been urged, we have been requested by some of you to endeavor to repeat, to preach again, to dwell again on the gospel concerning the kingdom of God and how to enter it. The Kingdom of God and how to enter. I will start by. I will start by looking at the Kingdom of God. We cannot be entering a kingdom we do not know. For us to enter a kingdom, for us to enter the Kingdom of God, we've got to know what is the Kingdom of God? Where is the Kingdom of God? What exactly are we going to be expecting in the Kingdom of God? And what is the need for us to enter the Kingdom of God? So it's important for us to start by actually putting into perspective what is the Kingdom of God. The Kingdom of God is a realm of God's divine power, glory and dominion. A realm of God's divine power, glory and dominion. It is comprised of all the members of the household of God is comprised of all the members of God's household where Jesus dwell and reign with the saints. Where Jesus dwell and reign with the saints, both living and asleep forever and ever is a realm, a realm of God's divine power, a realm of God's divine glory, A realm of God's divine dominion, comprising of all the members of God's household comprising of all the members of the household of God where Jesus dwells and reigns with the saints both living and asleep forever and ever. The saints are either alive or asleep. None of them is dead. So it is the reign and dominion of God's power. It is the reign and dominion of God's power in the heavenly realm over the entire members of God's household where Jesus dwell and reign with the saints both living and asleep. To help us make a sense of what we are talking about to Help us make a sense of what we are talking about, about the kingdom of God. Let us go in to see some scriptures. Ephesians chapter 1, verse 3. I will be very, very careful. I will be very, very methodical in this presentation to enable us appreciate and understand what is meant by the kingdom of God and how to enter it. Ephesians chapter 1, verse 3. Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ. Now look at, take a look at that. Who has blessed us with what? All spiritual blessings Where? In heavenly places In Christ Jesus. Underline in your Bible. In heavenly places in Christ Jesus. The heavenly places. The scripture, the Holy Spirit is referring to. There is that kingdom of God. As we are going to see very soon, the kingdom of God is the heavenly places, the heavenly realm of God's divine power, divine glory and dominion, comprising of the entire household of God's family, entire members of God's family where Jesus dwell and reign with the saints both living and asleep. Forever and ever is a reign and dominion of God's power in the heavenly realm, that is that heavenly realm. Heavenly places in Christ Jesus over the entire members of God's household where Jesus dwell and reign with the saints both living and asleep. So now we have. The scripture has told us he called it here the heavenly places in Christ Jesus. Let's see verse 20 to 23 of that same chapter. Yes, which he wrought in Christ when he raised him from the dead and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places. You can see it again in all scriptures. Christ, the Spirit of God is talking about the saints, people that are presently seated in heavenly places. A people that have been translated into the heavenly places. God in Christ Jesus. He said who he said we are where he said which we wrought in Christ when he raised him from the dead and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places. In the heavenly places when he raised him from the dead and set him at his own right hand. The right hand of God is not our own type of right hand. God is not a man that has both left and right hand. God is Spirit. John 4:24. The right hand of God is the seat of power, the powerhouse of God. Christ is the powerhouse of God. That's why the Bible calls it always has referred to him as seated at the right hand of God. Christ is the repository of God's divine power. That thing that is being described there is the kingdom of God. It's called the heavenly places. Verse 21 far above. Take a listen. Far above all principalities and powers and might and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come. The kingdom of God is a heavenly place that is far above every principality, every power, every might, every dominion. There is nothing on this earth that can be conceived that is, that is, that ranks higher in terms of power to the kingdom of God. The Bible says it is. This heavenly places is where it says far above these heavenly places we're talking about is far above the reach of these principalities, the reach of any principality, the reach of any power, any might, any dominion, and every name that is named not only in this world, but also in that which is to come. So when you are in the kingdom of God, when you are in these heavenly places, you are far above every principality, every power. This is where God has kept us. This is where God has kept believers. This is where God has kept the true believers. They are located. They are seated with Christ Jesus in heavenly places, far above principalities and power. All principalities and powers, might and dominion, and every name, no matter the name, not only in this world, but in the world to come. 22. And has put all things under his feet. You see, in this kingdom God has put all things under the feet of Jesus and gave him to be the head over all things to the church. As you have been told by, as you have known from this particular program, the kingdom of God. Another name for the kingdom of God is the church of God, you can see, that has put all things under his feet and gave him to be the head over all things to the church, to the kingdom. Yes, verse 23. Which is his body? The fullness of him that filleth all in all. You see, the kingdom of God is God's body. God's body. God's own household, members of his body, and are the composition of this particular kingdom. He said, which is his body, the fullness of him that filleth all in all. Let's make Progress. Ephesians, chapter 2. 6. Ephesians, chapter 2, verse 6. And had raised us up together and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus. As we progress, I'm going to encapsulate, I'm going to uncover, I'm going to unravel. What is this phrase, Heavenly places in Christ Jesus. This is another name, a synonym for the kingdom of God. Seated together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus. Let's see, verse 19 to 22 of that same chapter. Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners you see who are the people being referred to here? The people the spirit of God is talking to is addressing. This message is believers through believers in the church at Ephesus, the Ephesian Church. He said, you are no more strangers and foreigners, but you are now fellow citizens with the saints and of the household of God. You are now fellow citizens. Fellow citizens of what? Fellow citizens of the kingdom of God, with the saints and of the household of God. We are not the only members of God's household. We have the angels. We have the spirit of just men made perfect, Spirit of brethren who are asleep. The saints are not just the composition of that kingdom. The saints also have, in addition to them there, they have the spirit of just men, spirit of the saints who have gone ahead of them who are asleep. The Bible says they are not dead, they are asleep. They also have the angels. They are all there in that great kingdom. He said, we are now fellow citizens with the saints. He's talking to this church. He's talking to brethren. He's talking to true believers in the church at Ephesus. If you are a true believer in the Lord Jesus, you are in God's kingdom. That's why Apostle Paul said he has translated us from the kingdom of darkness into the kingdom of his dear Son, Jesus Christ. So it's important for you to know that when you are in the kingdom of. When you are in the church, you are in God's own kingdom. He has translated you from the kingdom of darkness into the kingdom of his dear Son, Jesus Christ. So now we are no more strangers. We are no more foreigners. We are not Gentiles now. We are not unbelievers. If you have accepted the word of God as presented by the Lord Jesus, as explained by the Holy Spirit through the apostles, if you have accepted that word, you are in God's kingdom. You are no more foreigners. You are no more strangers. You are now a fellow citizen with Jesus, with the saints, and with all the members of God's household, fellow citizens of the kingdom of God. Verse 20. He said, we are now built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief cornerstone. Yes, in whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord, in the Lord the building. We are the building of God, and we are fitly framed together. By what are we joined? We are joined together by the Spirit of God. In a physical building, you use cement to join blocks in God's divine temple, in God's divine kingdom. What connects every one of us Is one thing not cement, but the Spirit of the living God. We are fitly framed together groweth, he said, in whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the lord. Yes, verse 22. In whom ye also are gilded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit. So the kingdom of God is God's habitation, in whom ye also are builded together for an habitation. The kingdom of God is where God lives, where God dwells, the heaven, the heavenly places in Christ Jesus. The habitation of God through the Spirit. We are going to see this habitation of God being described by the Holy Spirit in different forms, using different languages and expressions. But it's important for you to understand wherever you see a true believer in the Lord Jesus. Whenever a person accepts the truth of the Lord Jesus of the Word of God. I'm not saying that you have. I'm not saying every believer is a member of this kingdom. No. Not saying every person in the church is a member of this kingdom. No. Some persons in the church are planted there by the enemy of the church. They are planted there by the devil. If you read the parable of the tars and the wheat, you will see that some in the church are planted there by the devil. They are there on a mission to accomplish the devil's project in the church. But as many as are in the church believing the truth, the word of truth. That's why Jesus said, ye shall know the truth. The truth shall set you free. The word of truth. The Word of God. You see, when the devil was tempting Jesus, he also quoted the word of God. Those things he quoted, they are in the Scriptures. But there is Word of God and there is Word of truth. There is Word of God and there is Word of truth. A believer is he that believes and accepts the word of truth. John 14:6. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth and the life. Jesus is that truth. No one accepts. No one believes in Jesus without believing the world. No one can believe in Jesus without believing the world. One of the lies of the devil in this generation is to give people. Is giving people a sensation of. Of joy, a false sensation, a false joy of salvation. That they are believers. What do they believe? They simply say with their mouth, we believe in Jesus. But the word of God according to the Lord Jesus, according to the Holy Spirit in the Scriptures, they do not believe. The Bible said that Jesus is the word of God made flesh. No one can believe Jesus without believing the Word. It is the Word that made Jesus what he is. Without The Word in Jesus. Jesus cannot be our Savior, the Bible said. And the world was made flesh and dwelt among us. I want to use this opportunity to correct that impression, that false sensation, that false sensation of holiness, false sensation of being saved by somebody who simply says, I believe in Jesus. Simply confessing that you believe in Jesus does not make one a believer in Jesus. For one to be a believer in Jesus, he must be believer in the word of truth. So there is Word of God. The Word of God is also the word of truth. But there is a difference between the Word of God and the Word of Truth. The devil spoke the word of God to Jesus in Matthew chapter four. But that thing he said, that thing he spoke on that day was not the word of truth. The word of Truth is not found in the mouth of the devil. So we must make a distinction between everything we see in the Bible and the Word of Truth. Acceptance of the Word of Truth is what makes you a believer. Believing in the word of Truth is what makes you a member and a citizen of God's kingdom. You can believe in the Word or in the word of God that is in the Bible. You can be a believer in a word of God that is the Bible. You can accept a word of God that is the Bible. But you do not accept the word of truth as presented by Jesus. That means you are not a believer. You can confess Jesus with your mouth, but you are not a believer. This kingdom is for believers. This kingdom is for those who have accepted the word of God just the way it is the word of truth. Now in verse 22, the Bible tells us in whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God. So in the kingdom of God we are built together. All of us come together. Both we who are living, both them who are asleep in Christ. Both Christ Jesus, both Jesus, every one of us. We are builded together as a habitation of God through the Spirit. Through what? Through the Spirit. It is the Spirit that connects each and every one of us. No wire networks us. No cable is used to network us. We are networked to into a building of God into one habitation. You can be in London, you can be in America. You can be in Iran. You can be in Kuwait. You can be in Nigeria. You can be anywhere. You are connected not by any cable, but through the Spirit of God. If you are a true believer in the word of truth. Yes. Now let us see. What is this habitation of God? What is this heavenly places? Let's look for another scripture to give us A sense of understanding of what exactly is these heavenly places? What exactly is this habitation of God, this temple that God has built, this thing that God calls His church. Let's see it in a more broader sense. Let's see the book of Hebrews, chapter 1222-24. Hebrews, chapter 1222-44. Hebrews, chapter 1222 to 24. But, yea, I come unto Mount Zion and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels. You see, the Spirit of God is taking time now to lead us into an explanation of what is this heavenly places, an explanation of what is this habitation of God? What is habitation? A place of living, a place of dwelling. Here I come. Take a listen. Here I come unto Mount Zion. He calls the kingdom of God, Mount Zion. This is not a physical Mount Zion in the Middle east, in the land of Israel. No, that's the physical Mount Zion. There is a spiritual Mount Zion. That spiritual Mount Zion is the church of the living God. That spiritual Mount Zion is that church that he built on this Earth 2000 years ago. Listen. He said he is addressing the people in the church. This letter is addressed to a people at the people in the church in the Hebrew church, the church in Jerusalem. He said, ye are come unto Mount Zion, unto the city of the living God. You see, he calls the church. He calls the kingdom, the city of the living God. At the end of this verse, the Holy Spirit will now remove all these words and tell you he's talking about the kingdom of God. That is why in some of our messages we said, the kingdom of God is enshrouded in mysteries, enshrouded in secrets, is made a secret. Nobody can be able to unravel that secret without the aid of the Spirit of God. It takes a revelation from God before one can understand what is the kingdom of God. AI concordance and all the instruments we use today to facilitate learning and study cannot help us. That is why those who have run to Bible colleges, those who have gone to seminaries, those who have gone to study it in universities, they end up having a totally different conception and understanding about the kingdom of God. For them, the kingdom of God has not yet come. For them, the kingdom of God has not yet been established. But Jesus speaking in the book of Mark 9:1 said, Some of you who are alive here, speaking who are alive here with me, will not die, will not taste of death until you have seen the kingdom of God. Come with power, he says. And he said, Unto them. Verily I say unto you that there be some of them that stand here which shall not taste of death, some that stand here today which shall not taste of death till they have seen the kingdom of God come with power. Jesus was speaking to a people in the land of Israel 2,000 years ago. And he said, some of you will not die, will not taste of death until you have seen the kingdom of God come with power. Jesus started his ministry at the age of 30. He concluded his ministry at the age of 35. No, 33 and a half. So if. If you are Jesus started His ministry at the age of 30 and concluded at the age of 33. So if you have any doubt about when these people died, if you have any doubts about when the people that he was speaking to died, take your mind back to the time he was on this earth, to the people he was speaking to. He said, he has come to establish the kingdom of God. And some of you that are hearing him today, some of you that we are hearing him that day will not test of death until that kingdom come. Let me give you one secret that you go home tonight today. Jesus came to the earth 2000 years ago for one purpose. It is not to make us rich. It is not to make us successful. It is not to overpower, is not to make us to overcome the powers of witches and wizards. It is not to make us prosperous. It is not to heal the sick. It is not to deliver you from your sicknesses. It is not to deliver you from your problems. There is just one purpose. This is one secret. If you didn't learn anything from this broadcast today, learn it. The reason why Jesus came 2,000 years ago was to establish God's kingdom. He said, for this purpose, I came. He was speaking when speaking to Pilate. He said, for this reason came I into the world. For this reason, I came into the world to establish the kingdom of God. So the reason why he came. If you miss the kingdom of God, you have missed him. You have missed the purpose. You have missed the essence of his coming. You have missed the reason why God became a man. God became a man on this earth about 2000 years ago for just one purpose. To establish that kingdom that he told us to pray, let thy kingdom come. This is why he came on this earth. And he didn't live here without making sure that that kingdom is established. He did all the work, all the workmanship for the establishment of that kingdom. And that kingdom was established on this earth. On that fateful day of the inauguration of the church. At Pentecost, in Acts, chapter two. That thing you saw that came down that day, called the Holy Spirit, is not another person. It is the entry, the entrance, the glorious entrance of the Spirit of Christ into the church, into his kingdom to start to establish his kingdom. Every work was done by Jesus in the flesh. Jesus accomplished every work for the establishment of the kingdom of God in his flesh. The Bible said He remained on the cross until he said, it is finished. That was the fireworks. That was the workmanship of God towards the establishment of God's kingdom on this earth. Hear me, wherever you are. That church that was established on that day, on the day of Pentecost, that thing you saw that came down. And people that were afraid became emboldened with power. That is the Spirit of God. The Spirit of Christ. That is Jesus Christ in spirit form. Did he not tell the church he was coming back in spirit form? He did. Give me John, chapter 14. Let us start from verse 17. John 14. Starting from verse 17. Even the Spirit of truth whom the world cannot receive, because he seeth him not, neither knoweth him. Even the Spirit is talking to you, talking to the church about this Spirit. He calls himself the Spirit. Of what truth? He said the world cannot receive him. Why? Because he seeth him not, neither knoweth him. The world does not know him. The world can know the Word of God, but they cannot know the word of truth. There is Word of God and there is Word of Truth. Inside the Word of God is the Word of Truth. Inside that Word of God dwells the Spirit of that Word. The Bible said the letter of the world killeth, but the Spirit giveth life. There is something incarnated in the world. The Word of God is incarnated with the Spirit of God. So the Spirit of Truth is that which came. That's the Spirit of Christ. He's talking to his own disciples. Take a listen. Even the Spirit of truth whom the world cannot receive. Because he seeth him not, neither knoweth him. But ye know him. For he dwelleth with you now. For he dwelleth with them now. Then. Then he dwelleth with them that time. And shall be in you. Shall be in you. What is he saying there? He that was dwelling with them physically. He that was God with them. With. With man. God with us. That is Emmanuel. He that was dwelling with the apostles and disciples physically. That time will very soon after dwell in them. For he dwelleth with you now shall be in you. Verse 18. I will not leave you comfortless. I will not leave you as orphans. I will come to you. Now, you see, in verse 18, he made it a little bit lighter for them. When you say the second coming of Jesus, the second coming of Jesus must be understood to be not just the coming of Jesus in the end time. No, we must be very, very careful. Jesus promised the Church that he was going to come in spirit form. The world seeth him that time. But when he comes in spirit form, the world will no longer see Him. Look at what he's saying here. I will not leave you comfortless. I will come to you. Verse 19. Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more. But ye see me. But ye will see me. Why? Because I live. Ye shall live also. Verse 20. Verse 20. And that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and here in me. And I in you. You see, it's important you understand that he that was standing physically with them that day later became a spirit. And that Spirit, the Bible confessed and confirmed in First Corinthians 15:45, that Spirit is Christ Jesus, the quickening Spirit. Who is he that became the quickening Spirit. That is Jesus Christ. And so it is written. The first Adam was a living soul. The second Adam was. Was made a quickening spirit. That's the Spirit of truth. This what you call the Spirit of God. What you call the Spirit of truth, that's the quickening Spirit. The Spirit of God is the Spirit of Christ. The Spirit of truth is the Spirit of Christ. Christ is the quickening Spirit. Christ is the spirit that came to the Church on the Pentecost day. Christ is that visitor that was received by the Church on that Pentecost day. Christ is that God that came down that day to inaugurate his church and his kingdom on this earth. So it's important that we understand that what we call the Church is nothing but the kingdom of God. What we call the Church is nothing but the kingdom of God. So 1st Corinthians 15:45 makes it very clear what came on the church on that day. When it came, each of them had on their head tongues of fire. What happened that day has never happened again in the world, has not repeated itself. Look at what happened that day. On that day, a people who were afraid became emboldened with power from on high. Jesus told them in Acts, chapter 1, verse 4, 5 and 8. Acts chapter 1, verse 4, 5 & 8. And being assembled together with them, commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem. Pay attention. This is before he departed. This is before he left his brethren, that they should not depart from Jerusalem. Why? Why would they not depart from Jerusalem? They were to remain in Jerusalem to receive him, the great visitor, the author and finisher of everything, the head of the church, the husbandman of the church, the king of the kingdom, the overall king of the kingdom of God. But wait for the promise of who? Promise of the Father. Which said he. Ye have heard of him. Verse 5. For John truly baptized with water. But, yea, shall be baptized with what? The Holy Ghost. Not many days ends John baptized with water. But Jesus is coming to baptize his brethren. Not with water, but with the Holy Spirit. Verse 6. Now the apostles now asked him. I mean, the disciples now asked him. Pay attention. They understand that this is coming to his. That this, this thing, promise of the Father is coming to establish the kingdom. But they thought, they had thought that the kingdom that is coming to establish is the kingdom of Israel. The kingdom to restore. The kingdom of Israel, that's the kingdom of the David. And they asked him, when they therefore were come together, they asked of him, saying, lord, without at this time, when this promise of the Father will come, will you restore again the kingdom to Israel? They had a sense that the kingdom is to be established. But mistakenly, they thought it was the kingdom. The restoration of the kingdom of Israel. Yes, that's the physical kingdom of Israel. Because the church is the Israel of God. The new Israel of God is the church of the Lord Jesus. Verse 7. And he said unto them, it is not for you to know the times or the seasons when the Father has put in his own power. Yes, Verse eight. Very important now. But ye shall receive what power after that? The Holy Ghost is come upon you. Ye shall receive what power after that? The Holy Ghost is come upon you. And ye shall be witnesses unto me, both in Jerusalem and in all Judea, and in Samaria, and to unto the uttermost part. Part of the earth. And ye shall receive what power after that? The Holy Ghost is coming. The Holy Ghost that came upon the church in Acts chapter two is no other person but the Spirit of Christ. The quickening Spirit of God. That's the Holy Ghost that came upon the church on the Pentecost day. And upon his arrival, he gave the church power. The power talked about there. The power to now be witnesses unto Jesus, both in Jerusalem and in all Judea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth. So when he talked about those staying with those that were with him on that day, that they will be alive, he was referring to this particular day. He was referring to the date of he was referring to the coming of the Holy Spirit on the Pentecost day. That's the inauguration, that's the establishment dates. That's the epiphany of the church, epiphany of the Kingdom of God. That is the kingdom of God come in power. On that day, for the first time, the world witnessed the Mir, the miracle of someone speaking Galilee. Galilean language was spoken by the apostles that day. And everybody that gathered in Jerusalem for the feast of Pentecost had all of them. Both from Asia, both from Egypt, both from Libya, both from Ethiopia. Every part of the world. If you go to the Book of Acts, you see more than 20 languages listed out there. People from different places. The Bible said they were hearing them speak in their own language. But the people speaking were speaking in what? In Galilee? Galilean language. Acts chapter 2, verse 9 said the Parthians had them. There were Parthians there, There were the Medes, there were the Elamites. There were dwellers in Mesopotamia. There were people from Judea, from Cappadocia, in Pontus, in Asia. Yes, In Phrygia, in Pamphylia, in Egypt, in parts of Libya, about Syrian strangers from Rome, Jews and proselytes, Cres and Arabians. We do hear them speak in our tongue. The wonderful works. We heard them speak in our tongues. The wonderful works of God. This is what speaking in tongues means. This is a miracle which only the Holy Spirit does. There is a counterfeit of this where demons now speak Gibish, Barbadash in the name of speaking in tongues. The people around them do not understand. But here, what do they say? We hear them speak in our own language. But in each one that you are speaking in your church, the one that you speak when you gather, the one that you people speak, who hears you, who understands that language, in what language are you speaking? That's a fake. Speaking in tongues. A Pseudo speaking in tongues. A counterfeit tongue is a tongue spoken by the devil. If you want to know whether it is in the Bible, whether the devil has spoken in tongues in the Bible before, go to see the encounter between Elijah and the 450 prophets Oba, and you will understand that it was indeed possible. It is. It has happened in the Bible and will continue to happen. Now brethren, let us return to the book of Hebrews, chapter 12. Let us examine closer. The Spirit of God is now taking us closer and closer towards the kingdom of God. Is say, but ye are come unto Mount Zion. So this Mount Zion is not the physical Mount Zion. I've seen many people say they are traveling to Israel. They are going to Israel. They want to go and visit Jerusalem. They want to see Mount Zion. They will go there. They will carry sand, they will carry stone. They will carry. Listen, the Mount Zion that the Bible is telling you here is not the physical Mount Zion, the physical Jerusalem that you see in the in Middle East. They are not the true Israel of God. The Bible said there is the Israel of God. They are the people that the Bible said and all Israel shall be saved. The true Israel of God are the elects of God, true believers. This present Israel that is in the Middle east go there and you see that they up till now they regard Jesus as their brother. But they have up to now refuse to accept him. In completion is either they are accepting partly with Judaism or Zionism or they say they don't believe in him. They believe in Judaism. Judaism is not Christianity. Judeo Christianity is not Judaism is not the church. Judeo Christian believers, they are not the saints. The saints are true believers in Christ Jesus. The word of truth. John 1:17. The Bible says Moses came with the law, but Jesus came with truth and grace. Ye shall know the truth and then the truth shall save you, shall set you free and give you access to the grace of God. But yea, I come unto Mount Zion and unto the city of the living God. The Mount Zion that we are talking about is the heavenly realm of power. And a heavenly realm, a realm of God's divine power is telling the church you have now come to a realm of God's divine power, of God's divine glory and dominion. Where all the members of God's household together dwell and reign with Jesus Christ, both living and asleep. But yeah, I come unto Mount Zion, unto the city of the living God he now calls the kingdom of God. What? The city of the living God. The other place we saw in the book of Ephesians. The Bible calls it the habitation of God. This one calls it the city of the living God. Next he said the heavenly. No, I've not. I'm not done. The heavenly Jerusalem. The present Jerusalem in the Middle east is not this Jerusalem. The Bible says there is another Jerusalem. There is another Israel of God. The heavenly world. Jerusalem to an innumerable company of what? Angels. There you meet with the angels. To the general assembly and Church of the firstborn. The Church is the firstborn. Why is the Church the firstborn? The church that's the Gentile Church is the firstborn because they are the first to believe. The Jews who were the first will not become the last Jesus told them, the first shall be the last and the last shall be the first. The Gentile Church, by accepting the truth as many as have accepted the truth. Does it mean that some of the Jews who believe then will not be part of this firstborn? No, they are all part of the Church of the Firstborn. They are called the General assembly and Church of the Firstborn. In this church, there is no more Jews, is no more Gentiles. In this church there is no more Greek, There is no more Jews. All are now called the saints of God. How many of you know that the children of God, believers in God, in Christ Jesus, are not called Christians, but the saints? Your Bible called all of them Saints of God God. Your Bible never used the word Christian to reflect any of them. It was unbelievers in Antioch that called them Christians. A true believer in Christ Jesus is a saint of the Most High God. Saints are not those who are dead. Saints are those living and believing in the truth of the Lord Jesus. He said the general assembly and church of the firstborn which are written where? In heaven. He said also there you will find what God, the judge of all. You will also find what the spirit of just men made perfect. What are these Spirit of just men made perfect. Spirit of believers who have long died. Spirit of believers who are no more alive today. Their spirits are also there. Spirit of just men made perfect. Yes. And to Jesus. We're not yet complete without Jesus. And to Jesus, the mediator of the new covenant. And to this blood of sprinkling, the blood that you people usually spray on the road, spray on your motor, spray on your bed, spray on your book, pray on your food, spray on your sick part of your body. Those is. You are just hallucinating. You are just deluding yourself. The blood of sprinkling is not available anywhere else other than the kingdom of God. He said, to the blood of sprinkling. Jesus. Never apostles. None of the apostles or believers in the Bible ever pray. Say blood, cover the way. When Peter, when Paul was going to Jerusalem, he never prayed. Say blood of Jesus, cover the road from Ethiopia, from Ephesus to Jerusalem. No, he didn't say blood, cover the driver, cover the boat. The. The captain of the boat that is paddling the canoe. No, the blood of sprinkling is only available in the kingdom of God. Look at it there. To the blood of sprinkling that speaketh better things than the blood of Abel. Let us now see verse 28 and give it to me in the amplified version or the Good news version, verse 28 good news version or the amplified version? Yes. Let us be thankful then, because we receive what? A kingdom. We receive what? A kingdom. You see, everything that has been described from verse 22 to verse 24 is telling you about a kingdom. Is telling you about the kingdom of God. Now verse 28. Cause it causes paid a spade. He said, let us be what? Thankful. Why are we thankful? Because we have received a kingdom that cannot be shaken. We have received what? A kingdom that cannot be shaken. Shaken. And that's why Apostle Paul said he has translated us from the kingdom of darkness into the kingdom of his dear Son, Jesus Christ. Now look at the amplified version. Let us therefore receiving a kingdom. Do you see it? What is being described from verse 22 to 24 is no other thing. In fact, even if you go, if you look at verse 25, it's telling you still about that kingdom. Let us therefore receiving a kingdom that is firm and stable and cannot be shaken, offered to God pleasing service and acceptable worship with modesty and pious care and godly fear. The Good News says, let us be thankful then, because we receive a kingdom that cannot be shaken. We have received a kingdom which cannot be shaken. Let us be grateful and worship God in a way that we please him with reverence and awe. This is the kingdom of God. I know the world has since the apostolic age abandoned this message of the kingdom. But today this message is re echoing again to the four ends of the earth, as said by the Lord Jesus. We are bringing you this message as ambassadors of this kingdom for you to know that this kingdom has been established. You cannot be entering what you don't know. For you to enter the kingdom, you must know the kingdom. Nicodemus have to be taught the kingdom for him to understand why he has to enter. If Nicodemus because he doesn't understand the kingdom of God, he didn't have any need to really persevere to believe. Jesus told him, gave him the blueprints of how to enter the kingdom of God. But he could not enter, because he is not. He does not even understand what is the kingdom of God. Let's make Progress. Revelation chapter 21:2 to 3 Revelation 21 verse 2 to 3 Revelation 21 verse 2 to three and I, John, saw the holy city. Now John the Apostle is now calling it what holy word City Apostle John in the island of Patmos, in a wilderness filled with wild animals, where he was thrown into believing that he was going to be consumed by wild animals. There the Lord Jesus went to him and revealed himself unto him. He said, I, John, saw the what? The Holy City. Let's know what he's talking. What is he calling the Holy city? He calls it again the New Jerusalem. So there is a new Jerusalem. So the present Jerusalem that is in context today between is the physical Israel and the Arab world is the old Jerusalem. There is a new Jerusalem the Bible said here. A new Jerusalem coming down from God out of heaven. Now for you to know, who is this new Jerusalem? Take a listen. Coming down from what? God out of heaven. Prepared as what? As a bride. Stop. You can now see that New Jerusalem is the bride of Christ. What is the bride of Christ? The bride of Christ is the church of Christ. The church of the living God. The church of the saints. The saints of God who truly believe and accept the word of truth. A new Jerusalem coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. Verse 3. And I heard a great voice out of heaven. Let's see what he said. Telling him. He told that voice, told him, behold, the tabernacle of God is with men. Take a listen again. Behold, John, the tabernacle of God. God's habitation is now with men. What? Really? Listen. And he will dwell with them. And they shall be his people. And God himself shall be with them and be their God. This is talking about the church. He will dwell with. And he will dwell with them. And they shall be his people. And God himself shall be with them and be their God. Take me to verse nine to ten. And there came unto me one of the seven angels which had the seven vows full of seven last plagues. And talk to me, saying, listen to what this angel will tell him again about the church, about the bride, about the kingdom of God. He said, john, come, Tita, come hither. Come here. And I will show thee what the bride, the Lamb's wife does the kingdom does the church of the living God, the bride. Come, John. Come here, John. Come, beloved John, let me show you the bride of Christ, the Lamb's wife. Who is the Lamb's wife? The Lamb's wife is the church. If you want to know whether it is true, take me to the book of Ephesians, chapter 5. Let us see the Lamb's wife. Take me to the book of Ephesians, chapter 5. And let us come down maybe from verse 30 for a better appreciation. Ephesians, chapter 5. For we are what members of his body and of his flesh and of his bones. The church. This is talking about the church at Ephesus. Apostle Paul told them the spirit of God told them, you are members of his body and of his flesh and of his bones. Yes. For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother. And shall be joined unto his wife. And they too shall be one flesh. And they too shall be one flesh. So in marriage, two will become one flesh. All right. If you believe so with men, let's go. Because Christ will introduce you to his wife. And if you believe that a man and a woman becomes one under our law, then you won't have any problem when Christ tells you that he is now one with his saints. With the church. Yes. And answer, no, I'm not yet done. And shall be joined together. For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother. And shall be joined unto his wife. And they too shall be one flesh. Yes. This is a great mystery. Take note of this verse. What you have been told here is a great mystery. But I speak concern. I'm not speaking concerning a man and a woman. I'm speaking concerning what Christ and what? I'm speaking about Christ and the church. So can you now see the church? Can you not see the bride, the wife of Christ? Can you now see the wife of the lamb? So when he's telling you about the lamb and his wife, you can now see they are. It is the wife of the Lamb. That is the city, the new Jerusalem. The city of the living God. The habitation of God. The heavenly place in Christ Jesus. Return me back to where we were in Revelation chapter 21:9 to 10. He said, Come hither and I will shew thee the bride, the lamb's wife, verse 10. And he carried me away. This angel did what? Carried him away in the spirit. Where did he take him? To a great and high mountain. What did he show him there? And showed him that great city, Remember? The city of the living God. He's showing him now that great what city? The holy what? Jerusalem. Descending out of heaven from God. That's the kingdom of God coming down from heaven. The great city, the holy Jerusalem is the new Jerusalem. There is the old Jerusalem. There is the new Jerusalem. There is the old Israel. There is the new Israel. The church is the Israel of God. That is why he said that all Israel shall be saved. It's not talking about the physical Israel. Anyone who does not believe in the gospel cannot be saved. The present Israel does not believe in the gospel, except they believe they shall be condemned. Take me to verse 22 of that same chapter. And I saw no temple. Listen, I did not see any temple. There. Israel, the physical Israel, is currently Building what they call a temple, a physical temple. Look at what the Bible is telling you. The angel told John about this city, took him to a great mountain, showed him the new Jerusalem, the bride of Christ, the city of the living God. And John said, I saw no temple therein. What is now their temple? Is it a physical temple? No, he said, for the Lord God Almighty. The Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are now the temple of it. The temple of God. What they are building there is for the Antichrist. Listen to me, wherever you are. What Israel, the physical Israel is constructing is a place where the Antichrist will stand to proclaim himself God. After three and a half years of dribbling them as the king of peace, after three and a half years of the tribulation, that thing they are gathering, the red wafer to the red heifer to start building is a place where they will receive the Antichrist. The new temple of God is God himself and the lamp and for the. He said, for the Lord God Almighty. And what the lamb are what the temple of it. I think I'm making these things very clear today. I'm not going very hard. I'm taking it. Puku apoku. Give me Revelation, chapter 1, verse 6. Revelation. You are giving it to me in NIV. Let us listen to Apostle John. Let's listen to John once again. His testimony about the kingdom of God. What did he say concerning this kingdom? Talking to his brethren. He said in Revelation 1, verse 6, and God has made us what to be a kingdom. God has made the church to be what? God has made the church to be a kingdom. If you are a true believer, not just saying I believe in Jesus, not the make believer that is all over the world. For you to be a true believer, you have to believe everything that is the word of truth. And you cannot believe a lie, because every lie is of the devil. Anything that you believe, among the doctrines that you believe, if there be a lie, if there be a false doctrine in it. Brother and sister, you are not a believer in the Lord Jesus. You are not in that kingdom. You can enjoy one blessing or not. You can enjoy prosperity. You can enjoy progress. You can enjoy success in Jesus name. You can fight demons in Jesus name. You can fight witches and wizards in Jesus name. You can heal the sick in Jesus name. You can do everything in Jesus name. You see, this kingdom is going to elude you. You are a stranger there. You are going to remain a foreigner. You see, for you to be a fellow citizen with the saints, do what the saints did. What did they do. They believed the wholesome word of God. Believing the wholesome word of God. We have different types of believers. We have the true believers. We have divine believers. The Bible gave us three types of believers. True believers, Vain believers make believers. True believers. Vain believers make believers. A true believer is he that believes just everything that the word of truth and say what is it? Everything that the church believed. Don't ask yourself. You see, this scripture is not subject to your private interpretation. Everything the saints in the Bible you are not the first to become saints. Some people we are saints before you. Just ask yourself what did the Holy Ghost teach them to believe that thing he taught them believe it. Who are the make believers? Who are the vain believers? In vain. Do you believe in me teaching for doctrine the commandments of men? In vain. Do you believe in me teaching as your doctrine the commandments of men? If there is any doctrine you are teaching, any doctrine you are believing, that is not the truth of the gospel. That is not according to the gospel as presented by the Holy Spirit to the church. Brother, that thing is a vain that you are a vain believer. You are just a vain believer. Do you know those called make believers? It is those that made themselves believers. It is not the spirit of God that made them believers. They are the ones that made themselves believers. They are make believers. Maybe one of these days we shall go into that. Look at the testimony of your brother John. Look at his testimony. He is telling you he is talking to brethren. He is talking to the saints. And he said he has made us what he was living that time he was alive that time he was not dead. And he said, God has made us what to be what a kingdom and priests to serve his God and Father to him be glory. He said, Jesus has made us to be a kingdom. Jesus has made us to become a kingdom. Jesus has made us to become a kingdom. Niv made us to become a kingdom and priests to serve his God and Father to him be glory and power forever and ever. Amen. Look at his testimony again about his kingdom. 8, verse 9. I John, your brother and companion in the suffering and kingdom you see is your brother and companion both in suffering and in the kingdom and patient endurance that ours in. Jesus was on the island of Patmos because of the word of God and the testimony of of Jesus. So brethren, you can see finally, I want you to see Colossians, chapter 1, verse 13. Apostle Paul. We cannot end it without hearing from him. The great apostle of the Gentiles. He said to the church through the auction of the Holy Spirit. He said, he has delivered us from the power of darkness and has translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son. He was speaking to another church, the church at Kolusi. The church at Kolusi. He said, God has delivered you people. These people were human beings, alive like us today. The Spirit of God said, God has delivered you from the power of darkness, has translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son, Jesus Christ. Now I believe with these few words of scriptures, I believe we can say of a truth that we have now known. What is the kingdom of God? The Bible called it the church. The Bible called the heavenly places. The Bible call it New Jerusalem. The Bible call it the city of the living God. The Bible call it the habitation of God. The Bible called it the bride of Christ, the Lamb's wife. The Bible called it the New Mount Zion. That's the church of the living God. I believe we can now understand what Christ is telling us, what he came on this earth to establish. Now the next question is, how can one enter into this thing? If you want to go to the physical Jerusalem, you take a visa. Three of us. If you want to go to Jerusalem or Israel today, you simply enter flight with your visa and your tickets. In few hours you'll be there. That's the physical Jerusalem. We are talking about the new Jerusalem. Where can we get a flight? Where can we board a flight? How can we get a visa? Jesus has an answer. Speaking to one very famous, but hypocritical Pharisee. A leader of the Pharisees and a teacher of Israel, Nicodemus. Jesus spoke in John chapter three. Let's see, John chapter three from verse one to 21. How can we now enter into this kingdom? John chapter three from verse one. There was a man of the Pharisees named what? Nicodemus. The same came to Jesus by night. The same came to Jesus. Why did he come to Jesus by night? The same came to Jesus by night and said unto him, robber, you see, he's not going to entice him. He's not going to make him see, feel as if he knows him. He doesn't know him. He will call him a teacher, yet he doesn't know him. And now, because he is going to call him a teacher, Jesus decided to teach here. Jesus was found teaching the teacher of Israel, the Rabbi of Israel. We know that thou art a teacher come from God. For no man can do these miracles that thou doest except God be with him. Jesus took advantage of his opening speech. Now that you have recognized me, As a teacher. Now that you accept me as a teacher, let me now teach. It is one thing to accept Jesus as a teacher. It's another thing to believe him what he teaches. Now, let's see. From verse 3, Jesus starts. Jesus answered and said unto him, verily, verily, I say unto thee, except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. What does this mean? For us to go to the heavenly realm of God's divine power? For us to be with the saints there? For us to be with Jesus there? For us to be a member of this kingdom. For us to be a citizen of this kingdom. We need a visa. What is our visa? The visa is that we must be born again. Except you are born again, you cannot see the kingdom of God. Except you are born again, you cannot see the kingdom of God. Of course, this instruction, this message, this teaching took Jesus took Nicodemus out of everything he has been teaching in the land of Israel. He was completely bemused, he was completely astounded, and he was left stranded. The next verse is attempting to find an understanding to help or understand what Jesus meant. And let's see. Verse 4. Nicodemus said unto him, how can a man be born when he's old? Certainly Nicodemus was an old man. Can he enter the second time into his mother's womb and be born? Of course, this is not the type of birth Jesus was teaching him. So Jesus will now go from verse five to continue opening up gradually. But there is no amount of opening that will make Nicodemus to understand what is being taught. Because Nemendicodemus was a Pharisee. We are going to see who is a Pharisee and how can and what they believe as a means by which a person can be born again. Or we can see. We are going to see what Pharisees believe as means of one being born, of how one can be born again. Jesus answered and said, verily, verily, I say unto thee, except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. The first one is that he cannot see the kingdom of God. The second one is that he cannot even enter. And we are talking of going to the kingdom of God. We desire the kingdom of God. We desire to be in that kingdom. We don't want to be strangers anymore. We don't want to be foreigners anymore. We want to be fellow citizens. How can we go into the kingdom of God and obtain a residence permit and obtain the green card and obtain the right of citizenship of that kingdom is not just going, it's not just seeing, it's not just entering. How can one enter and obtain the citizenship of that kingdom? Very important. Jesus has now said something here. He said, you have to be born of water and of the Spirit. The question we are going to ask later is, what is this water and what is this spirit? Because once we understand this water and the Spirit, it will be very, very easy for us to understand how a person can be born again. Let me say this. The whole world since Christ came and left this passage is one of the most notorious, one of the most common, but yet one of the most misunderstood, one of the most distorted, one of the most abused, one of the most misconstrued version of the Scriptures. Because a lot have believed that being born again is being born by baptism. You get baptized and then you receive sensation, a spiritual sensation that makes you to speak in tongues. And you start speaking in tongues and you say you have received the Holy Spirit and you say you are now born again. This is what is prevalent all over the world. If you go and ask the average Christian believer, Christian religious believer, what does it need for one to be born again? He will tell you it is believing in God. And then you baptize that water. He will describe that water as a water baptism. He will describe the Spirit as the Spirit that will come on you, which will make you to speak in tongues. But as we are going to see, this water is different from the water of baptism. This spirit is different from this mad sensation that characterize this racket called born again in today's world. Because there is this spiritual sensation, a spiritual emotion, a spiritual atmosphere where you are placed. You are beginning, you begin to speak some barbadash and you call it speaking in tongues. And you just once you hear that thing coming out from you, you conclude that you are now born again. Devil is a deceiver. We are going to painstakingly go into what it takes for a person to be born again. How can a person be born again? How can you obtain citizenship of this particular kingdom? Why is it important for us to get into this kingdom before I go into how it can? We have described the kingdom, but why is it important for us to be in this kingdom? Why is it that this kingdom is the every, is the solution to all our problems? Why? Jesus said, seek here this kingdom and his righteousness. Stop. Leave every other thing, don't seek every other thing, every of your needs, all your needs, all the needs of man. Every problem, all your needs shall be what taken care of. Seek ye the kingdom of God and his righteousness. All these things shall be added unto you. And all these things shall shall be added unto you. Seek the kingdom of God, and all these things shall be added unto you. See it in verse 33 of Matthew chapter 6. But seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you. What are these things? These things are every material needs of man. Before this verse, he took time to summarize the needs of man with what you eat, what we eat, what we drink. He said, what we eat, what we drink, what we chop, what we drink, what we eat, what we wear, our shelter. He used these four things to characterize the needs of man. In verse 31 he said, Therefore take no thought saying, what shall we eat, what shall we drink? Wherewithal shall we be clothed. Verse 32 he said, For after all these days do the Gentiles seek. The Gentiles are always knocking, crying for these needs. He said, but you, you the believer, you the believer, seek ye the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and every other thing shall be added unto you. Seek ye the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and every other thing shall be added unto you. So for the believer, the only thing that is required to seek is the citizenship of the kingdom of God, the access into the kingdom of God, the visa to the kingdom of God. If he seeks that, every other thing will be added unto him. Seek ye the kingdom of God and every other thing, these things that the Gentiles seek, these things that the Gentiles cry, these things that the Gentiles are always crying for. God said he will provide all of them for us. So we do not have any need to seek any other thing but the kingdom of God. And once we seek it, once we get the kingdom of God, we relax, we stop. We don't have any other thing to seek after we have sought for and obtained the kingdom of God. It is not the hierarchy in the sense that when you get the kingdom of God and His righteousness, then you can begin to seek every other thing. No, it is just seek the kingdom of God and his righteousness. That is why Jesus told this. Nicodemus, it is important for you to be born again. It is important for you to be born again. You know what? Except you are born again, you cannot enter into this kingdom. You cannot be a citizen of this kingdom. You cannot enjoy what the saints are enjoying in this kingdom. Now, Nicodemus, Said unto him, how can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter the second time into his womb and be born? The answer is, Jesus said in verse five. Verily, verily, I say unto thee, except a man be born of water and of spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. Let us just put aside this water and spirit. We are coming back to it, but let's make progress. Verse 6. That which is born of flesh is flesh, and that which is born of spirit is spirit. So Nicodemus is physically there. He was born of flesh and his flesh. Jesus is also there. He was born of spirit. He is spirit. As we are going to see. When a person is born of. When a person is born of God, he is born of the spirit of God. When a person is born of the spirit of God, he is spirit. When a person is born of the spirit of God, he becomes spirit. When a person is born by man born of flesh, he becomes what? Flesh. When he is born of a man, he becomes what? A man. But he that is born of spirit becomes what? A spirit. When a person is born of spirit, he becomes a spirit. I repeat, a person that is born of flesh becomes flesh. When a person is born of a man, it becomes a man. But when a person is born by a spirit, that person becomes a spirit. This message is another day. Yes. Verse 7. Marvel not that I said unto thee, ye must be born again. Jesus has repeated this in verse three, in verse five, and in verse seven. Marvel not. Do not be worried. Do not be perturbed. But it is true. Except you are born again, you cannot have a share in the kingdom of God. Verse 8. The wind bloweth where it listeth. If you go out now, you see the wind, you will use the wind gauge. And you can be able to know from where the wind is coming. You can be able to know the direction of the wind. The wind bloweth where it wishes to go. You hear the sound thereof, but you cannot tell whence it cometh. You hear the sound thereof, but you cannot tell that wind. We are hearing that sound. Can you tell from where that wind is coming from? Can anybody tell from where the wind comes from? Has anybody, any scientist been able to tell you from where the wind that we are breathing is coming from? The wind. Where is it coming from? And where goeth it say? So is everyone that is born of the Spirit. So is everyone that is born of the Spirit. Verse 9. Nicodemus answered and said unto him, how can these things be? Verse 10. Jesus answered and said unto him, you said, ye are a master and teacher of Israel, and you don't know these things? Art not thou a master of Israel, a rabbi of Israel, a teacher to the people of Israel, and you don't know these things? What then are you teaching them? Verse 11. Verily, verily, I say unto you, this is the fourth time we speak that we do know and testify that we have seen and yet receive not our witnesses. Yes, If I have told you earthly things and yet believe not, how shall I believe if I tell you of heavenly things? Jesus is teaching about heavenly things with earthly materials, things that we see. And if you cannot believe with all these things is illustrated all this illustration. How can. How can you believe if he begins to use heavenly things? Yes, and no man has ascended up to heaven but he that came down from heaven. Even the Son of Man, which is in heaven. Yes, and as Moses. Now pay attention, because we are now going to understand how the message of Jesus to Nicodemus did not stop at John, chapter three, three to five, or three to six? No, the message Jesus gave to that old man that day stretched from that place. In fact, it started from where he now started explaining was from verse 20, from verse 14 to 21. And as Moses told him, let me now use Moses for you, Nicodemus. You know what is. You know Moses now. The law giver, the person that brought the law. You are teaching the people of Israel. Remember that Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness. He said. Yes, I remember. He said, now, as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of Man be lifted up. Even so will the Son of Man be lifted up. Yes. Whosoever believeth in him, whosoever will accept him. Whosoever will believe his word shall not perish, but have everlasting life. Everlasting life is only available in the kingdom of God. So if you are now told, how can a person be born again, it is believing in him whom God has sent, that whosoever believeth in him. He didn't say whosoever said that he believes. He didn't say whosoever confesses that he believes. No, look at it again. That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. Should not perish, but have everlasting life. Verse 16. For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him, that person cannot perish. He will have everlasting life. Another very notorious scripture. But totally abandoned, totally forgotten, totally in abeyance in the minds of people. God so loved the world he gave his only begotten Son. That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. Where is this everlasting life? Inside the kingdom of God. Yes. Verse 17. For God sent not his Son. For God sent not his Son into the world. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn him. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through him might be saved. For God sent not the Son to condemn him, but that the world through him might be saved. God raised up the Son into the world not for a condemnation. He didn't come to condemn us, but that the world through him might be saved. Yes. Verse 18. He that believeth on him is not condemned. You see, he that truly believe in him is in that kingdom and enjoys the kingdom of God. Enjoys the everlasting life in the kingdom of God. But he that believeth not is condemned already. He's condemned already because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten son of God. 19. And this is the condemnation that light is coming to the world and men love darkness rather than light because their deeds were evil. Yes. For everyone that doeth evil hated the light. Neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. Yes. But he that doeth truth cometh to the light that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God. This is the complete message that God gave to this Nicodemus. It didn't end in verse five. So it's important that what Jesus talked About in verse 3 4, verse 3, 5 and 8, verse 3, 5, 7 and 8, they are all explained from verse 14 to 21. He said, Light is come to the world, but the world prefers darkness. For he that doeth truth cometh to the light that his deeds might be made manifest that they are wrought in God. So now you have to understand. How can a person be born again? A very simple thing is there. As Moses was, as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, that whosoever looks unto him, he saved so the Son of man. So the Lord Jesus has been lifted up today. That whosoever believeth not. He that says, I believe not if you confess to believe, but if you truly believe the wholesome word of the Lord Jesus, the wholesome word of God as represented by the Lord Jesus, The Bible said that person so believing the Lord Jesus is what it takes for a person to be born again. Believing the Lord Jesus. What is Believing the Lord Jesus. Many people out here say they believe. It is not saying you believe that gives you a right to the kingdom. It is not confessing that you believe. It is truly believing. And it is not just believing Jesus. Hold on, who is Jesus? Jesus is the Word of God made flesh. Believing in Jesus is believing the Word of God. And if you come to the Word of God, you have the Word of God, which is no longer the truth. You have the Word of God, which is the present truth. Apostle Peter talked of the present truth. The Word of God as shared by the devil with Jesus in Matthew chapter four was not the present truth at that day, at that time. It is the one that Jesus shared with him. That is the Word of truth. So in the Word of God there is the Word of Truth. In the Word of God there is the Word of Truth. The Word of God is incarnated with truth. And that truth is the Spirit of God. That truth is the Spirit of God. So it's important that you understand that the Word of God is the Word of truth. Believing the Word of God. Believing Jesus is believing the Word of God. Believing the Word of God is believing the Word of Truth. Believing the Word of Truth is believing the truth as revealed by the Spirit of Truth to the Church in the Bible. Believing the Word of God is believing the Word of truth. Let me say believing Jesus is believing the Word of God. Believing the Word of God is believing the Word of Truth. Believing the Word of Truth is believing the Spirit of truth and his testimony to the Church. All that he taught the Church through the apostles. That's why the Bible says the Church is built upon the foundation of the apostles and the prophets. Christ Jesus being the chief cornerstone. So believing the God is believing Jesus is believing the Word. If there is any word a person believes that is not the truth. For example, Jesus taught the Spirit of God, taught the Church in the Bible that the Church do not permit a woman to teach or to serve authority over a man. Or that the long hair of a woman is a is her glory is what God has given her for recovering. Or that the Church has only five fold ministries for the edification of the Church. That is the offices in the Church, the ministries in the Church, the apostles, the prophets, the apostles, evangelists and the teachers, the deacons and the bishops. If beside all these things you believe a different thing, you accept a different thing, you see, you must just believe exactly what the apostles believed. You must believe exactly what the saints believed. Don't add, don't subtract every lie is of the devil. When you believe any lie on top of it, that is not the word of truth. That is the word of truth mixed with a lie. That is not the word of truth. The Bible said every lie is of the devil. If God said that he is one and you believe that God is three in one, you are not a believer in the Lord Jesus. If there is any word of God the devil has thwarted, you believe the thwarted 5 version. That is not the word of truth. See, every lie is of the devil. Every lie is of the devil. Apostle Paul said, whoever cometh after them and preacheth any other message contrary to the one they preach, let them be eternally condemned. So there is a danger in accepting any doctrine, any message that is not the message of the apostles. You are in danger of hellfire, danger of destruction and condemnation. If you believe today along with the with one truth or the other, maybe you believe that Lord Jesus is God and is the Son of God and is their Savior. On top of that, you believe that God is three in one. You are not a believer. On top of that, you believe anything contrary to what this church in your Bible believe. You are not a member of that church. You are not a saint. You can be called a Christian. The world can call you a Christian. As they called believers, as they called people Christians in Antioch. But they are not the church. They are not the saints of God. Let us see another great Pharisee. How to enter? We are talking about how to enter. Let us see another pharisee. Luke chapter 1818-27. Luke chapter 18, 1827. And a certain ruler asked him, saying, good master, what shall I do to inherit the eternal life? This eternal life is where is inside the kingdom of God. You cannot have access to eternal life except you are in the kingdom of God. You can't have access to everlasting life except in the kingdom of God. You can't have access to the Spirit of Christ except you are in the kingdom of God. Good master, Good master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life? Yes, Jesus said unto him, why are you calling me good? None is good save one that is God. Why is Jesus now denying not to be good and even denying not to be God? He was being talked to. The person speaking to him was a Pharisee. A Pharisee does not believe in him. When they come, they only come to tempt him. They only come to lure him. They only come to find fault in him. They only come to tempt him to say something, to see whether they will find anything to use against him. So he has reasons to disclaim to him. I'm not good, neither am I God. But the truth is that he is both good and God. Verse 20. Thou knowest now Jesus is now coming out to teach him what he will do to enter the kingdom of God. And being a Pharisee, he decided to give him the same message the Pharisees are preaching in the synagogue, in the temple. What is that message? That for you to please God, for you to have eternal life, you must keep the Ten Commandments, what so many other people are still preaching today. Ten Commandments. Do not commit adultery, do not kill, do not steal, do not bear false witness, honor your father and your mother, and so on and so on instead. But then this man, being a Pharisee, a Pharisee is he who keeps all these laws. But the Bible says that nobody has kept these laws. So a Pharisee is actually he who says he keepeth all the laws of God. And this man, truly as a Pharisee, now turned around to say, master, if this is what it takes to enter the kingdom of God, that means I am qualified to enter. Why? Because I keep all the laws. I have been keeping all these things from my youth. Look at it in verse 21. And he said, all this have I kept from my youth up till now. So if this is what it takes to enter the kingdom of God, give me the key. I am now qualified. Let me go in, good master. But Jesus said no. Oh really? You mean you have kept all these things? Wow. This is amazing. Congratulations. Congratulations. But it didn't end there. If keeping the laws were what it takes, if keeping the laws is what it takes to enter the kingdom of God, this rich Pharisee would have been admitted into the kingdom of God. On that day, he would have been declared qualified to enter. If keeping the laws, if being born again is having the Spirit of God and the enablement of the Spirit of God for us to keep the laws of Moses, then this man would have been qualified. Nicodemus would have been qualified. He wouldn't need to be born again. He would have been qualified. Because as a Pharisee, he said, they all said they keep all of them. They have kept them from their youth. But Jesus said to this person, now, verse 22nd, verse 22. Now, when Jesus heard these things, he said unto them, I'm not going to tell you. Congratulation. It is a pity you have kept all these things. But yet you lacked one more thing. What is that? That thing is that you have to Sell all that you have, distribute it unto the poor, and thou shalt have your treasure stored for you. Where? In heaven. After you have done these things, then come and follow me. If you look at what Jesus said here, Jesus has set for this man another law. Let's count it. Sell all that thou hast. Number one. Distribute everything you have sold the proceed to the poor. Number two. In other words, when you sell, don't eat any of them. Don't even chop on your way returning, don't enter restaurant to say, let me eat first. You are not to eat to distribute all of them to the poor. If you have done that, then all your treasures will then be stored in heaven. Then come and follow me. That come and follow me is the real thing. But Jesus has laid more laws for him. Since he is a keeper of laws. Since he knows how to keep laws, since he knows how to obey the laws, Jesus has now given him an overdose of it. And when now these laws came, this man shouted out. What did he say? Verse 23. And when he heard this, he was very sorrowful, for he was very rich. He was very sorrowful, but he was very rich? Yes. Why is he sorrowful? He is sorrowful because he is rich. And he's now being told that on top of obeying all the laws of Moses, the 613 Laws of Moses, he has to still sell all he has, give the proceeds, share it to the poor without eating any of them, and then come and follow Jesus. And he said, this is too hard for him. He said the Bible said, because he was very rich. And when Jesus saw that he was very sorrowful, he said, how hardly shall they that have riches enter into the kingdom of God? How hardly. How difficult shall they that have riches? Shall the rich enter into the kingdom of God? Yes. Verse 25. For it is easier for a camel to go through a needle's eye than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God. We are talking about entering into the kingdom of God. Now Jesus is saying it is easier for a camel to go through a needle's eye than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God. But it is not possible for a camel to go through the eye of a needle. So does it now mean that is not possible for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God? This is where we will be stopping today. This is a long message. We are going to continue it. For it is easier for a camel to go through a needle's eye than for a rich man to enter into the Kingdom of God. Since it is not possible for a needle accommodate a camel, it becomes indeed impossible. It is now impossible for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God. Is that correct? Verse 26. As we are going to see. And they that heard it said, who then can be saved? Verse 27. And he said, the things which are impossible with men are possible with God. My message to the rich. It is impossible for you to enter the Kingdom of God, because with men it is impossible. But there is a promise for you. There is hope for you with God. That thing that is impossible with men is possible with God. Here we have. We are going to end this episode. But before we end, let us summarize what we have learnt. We have learnt what is the kingdom of God. We have learnt that the kingdom of God is a realm of power, a realm of glory, a realm of dominion. Where God dwells. Where Jesus dwells with all the saints, both living and asleep, and where he reigns and rules forever and ever. This kingdom will soon take over the whole earth and God is calling you to enter. This kingdom was established on this earth by the Lord Jesus Christ. By Himself. He was the one that came on the Pentecost day. No other one established it until he came. Until the Spirit of Christ arrived on that day, there was no kingdom of God. There was no church. But when the promise of the Father. What is the promise of the Father? What is the promise of the Holy Spirit? What is the Holy Spirit? The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Christ. That is what came on the Pentecost day. He is with the church in spirit form, but he is coming in the cloud, on the rapture, at the blast of the last trumpet. He is coming in the cloud, in the Rapture. On the Rapture day He's coming again, but he is already present with the church in the spirit form. He said when he comes in the spirit form to the church, he said the world will no longer see him. When he was physically on this earth, the world saw Him. When he is now with the church, spiritually, the world does not see him, but believers see him. Because he lives no longer with them, but inside them. And this is very, very important. Jesus is the King of this kingdom. This kingdom is not possible for him to be established without him coming on the Pentecost day, Jesus came in spirit form. He said, I will not leave you like orphans. I will not leave you comfortless. I will come to you a little while. The world will not see me, but you will see me because I live in you. He said that Time he said, now I dwell with you, but that time I will be in you. He is the Spirit of Christ. The Bible calls it calls him the Quickening Spirit. He said when the he said, the first Adam is a living being, the second Adam a quickening spirit. Jesus has become a spirit. Jesus has become a spirit. And that is the Holy Spirit. It is not another person. It is still the same Jesus. The Spirit of Jesus. Not another person. The Trinity is not of God. He is coming again in glory on the last trumpet. At the blast of the last trumpet, we are going to meet in the sky. It is him that is in us, that will quicken us on that day. Quicken both the living and the dead that are believers in Him. He that dwelleth in them will quicken. The Bible said, if the Spirit that went to the grave to raise Jesus up from the grave dwelleth in us on that day, he will quicken our mortal bodies and we shall wear immortality for the first time. This is the hope of the Gospel. This is the hope that is preached to us by the Gospel. And I thank you all for listening. I want to thank my brethren. I want to thank my fellow workers who are with me in this particular project. Co ambassadors of the Kingdom of God. We are bringing you good tidings. We are bringing you good news. Our good news is that God's kingdom is on this earth. Ask God to give you the revelation and you will see why Apostle Paul looked at a church and said that you have been translated into the kingdom of God. You will see why Jesus said, some will not die among the people with me on that day until they have seen this kingdom come in glory. You see why Apostle John said that he has given us a kingdom. We have received a kingdom. It is important that you know Jesus cannot be telling Nicodemus to enter a kingdom that has not been established. Jesus cannot be telling Nicodemus to enter a kingdom if that kingdom is not to be established. The reason why he came is to establish that kingdom. And he did all the work on this earth and said it is what finished and now return back in spirit form into that kingdom to establish the kingdom. He is the king of that kingdom. Without him, the church is headless. Without him, the church has no king. Without him there is no power in the church. Without him we cannot do anything. There is no hope. There is no gospel. But with him there is indeed a hope. Today you have discovered for the first time that you are not a believer. Simply because you say you are a believer, you are not a believer. Simply because you confess to be a believer. You are a believer if you believe the word of God. You are a believer if you believe the word of truth. That word of truth is the Spirit of truth. It is that word of truth that can set you free from the power of the flesh, from the power of this earthly kingdom of darkness, and translate one into the kingdom of darkness. Jesus is that spirit of truth. That's the quickening Spirit of God. There is no other spirit of God outside the Spirit of Christ. The Spirit of truth. Ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall set you free. We have seen his message to two Pharisees who came talking about posting, about being a member. They were all came, they all come, they all came with a sense of belonging to that kingdom. Look at Nicodemus telling him you are a teacher. The other one told him you are a good master. And he used the opportunity to teach each and every one of them about the kingdom of God. Why is this kingdom important? So important? Because once you have this kingdom, all your needs is solved. We are told in the world that our needs are insatiable. We are told in the world that our needs cannot be accomplished in all. But in Christ, we are told that he will provide all our needs. Is it in your Bible? Yes. Philippians 4:19. He will provide all your needs according to his riches in glory. That's why he said we should not pray like the Gentiles. Don't pray like Hades. How do they pray? They pray for all their needs. But the believer, the saints pray for the kingdom of God. They ask God to keep them in that kingdom, to put them in that kingdom, to sustain them in that kingdom. Because they know that when they are in that kingdom, God provides them all their needs. God takes care of all their needs. That is that place you are required to knock. The knock is to knock at the door of this kingdom. The seek is to seek this kingdom. The search is to search for this kingdom. The ask is to ask about his kingdom. It is not to ask about your earthly needs. It is not to knock about your earthly knock for your earthly needs. It is not to seek for your earthly needs. It is to seek the kingdom of God. To ask for the will of the kingdom of God and to knock on the door of the kingdom of God. Why? Because the Bible says that the road is narrow and the door is what? Narrow. The other way is broad. You don't even need to ask anybody. You see it and you go in for this one. You need to ask, who am I asking? Don't ask your pastor. Ask the Holy Spirit. Let the Holy Spirit of God teach you all these things. In vain do you go to all these people to teach you. What they will teach you is what they learned from Bible College. Bible College is an assembly of theories about God programmed, developed and distilled by AI with concordance human learning. These things cannot lead us to the truth. You and I need Jesus to reveal the truth to us. Only him can reveal these things to us. And that is why we need him. And that is why we are bringing this message. Our request to you is search the scriptures we have given you. And if this is the truth, we are not saying that you need to look for us, maybe to worship with us. No, that's not the scriptures. The scriptures say we worship anywhere. Provided you worship in spirit and in truth. Anywhere you are start believing. Just ask yourself, what did the church believe? You see. Anytime you see the church teach anything or believe anything. What they believe as doctrine, what they believe as their teaching, what they believe as their practice. Please leave. Every other thing you are believing, every thing you have been taught. The traditions of men you have been taught. Drop all of them. Accept the word of truth. What they were taught is the word of truth. What they were taught is the truth of the gospel. They were taught by the spirit of truth. They were taught the truth of the gospel. Jesus is that truth. You cannot believe in Jesus without believing the truth. You cannot believe in Jesus without accepting the word of truth. Today we are calling you to reconcile yourself with the word of truth as the only condition for you to have access into that kingdom. For you to enter into that kingdom and become a citizen will come your way. Next time when we shall continue from where we stop today, at least we stopped at where the Bible talked of the impossibility of rich men believing, becoming members of this kingdom. And we're going to continue from there and distill this message in a way that you will understand. In a way that will make more meaning unto you. We are sorry for taking your time, but it is all for one purpose. Our purpose is to make you understand what is the kingdom of God. How to enter. Entering the kingdom of God does not require you to obey the laws of Moses. You saw the man that came to him and said, we have obeyed all of them. He didn't get it. He was not congratulated. He was given more more loads and more baggages. The kingdom of God can only be entered by one means. By one believing and accepting the truth. Believing and accepting the Lord Jesus. That is the truth he told you that he is the truth he told you he is the Word. Believing and accepting Him Is believing and accepting the Word of God the truth of the Gospel? You cannot accept him if you have not accepted the truth. You cannot believe in him if you have not believed in the truth. All make believers and vain believers hear this message and take correction. This is a word for you. Thank you. And may God richly use this message to bless you and draw you nearer to Him. As always, thank you. Thank you once again for listening to this fearless broadcast of the forsaken Gospel of the Kingdom of God. We hope you have been blessed by it. Our goal is to present to you the good news about the Kingdom of God which is the Church of the Lord Jesus, just as the apostles of old did in the Bible, and afford you an opportunity of understanding every mystery about the Kingdom of God as revealed by the Holy Spirit Spirit through the writings of the Apostles to the churches in the Scripture. This will help you to take an informed decision of entering into God's Kingdom today and be part of all his promises as we eagerly wait for his promised appointment in the sky.
